This is the Annual Membership Meeting of the GAAUSBCA.
Unfortunately, quorum was not met and the Annual Membership Meeting must be rescheduled. See above for new date/time and location.
Instead, the Board of Directors held a board meeting and presented committee reports.

This was the annual association meeting for ALL Austin area bowlers and the Board of Directors.
  • Quorum was established the business meeting was held.
  • An amendment to the Bylaws implementing the Board Reduction Plan passed with only one dissenting vote. This plan reduces the number of board members over the next 3 years.
  • Minutes were approved for the previous meeting.
  • Committee reports were presented.
  • Board members were elected to fill available slots.

This was the annual association meeting for ALL Austin area bowlers and the Board of Directors.
  • Honor awards were presented. Visit the  Awards  page for details and photos.
  • Elections of Board members were held. Encumbents were reelected as well as one new director. Welcome Wayne Eskew!
  • A proposed bylaws amemdment for reduction of the number of Board members did not pass.
  • An amendment to the bylaws passed, reducing the number required to establish quorum from 17 to 16.
